Any spells you have a scroll for, and high enough magic power to cast will be there, and can be copied for free. When you have all of these, go to the camptake an action copy a spell into your spellbook. I realize that no one has posted here in quite a while, but to be specific: You need to have a spell book, spell scrolls with spells you want to use, and some skill in the 'Magic Power' skill.
