If you like, please click button Print on the top toolbar then you can print highlighted PDF directly from here.
When you finish setting, please click button File then Save as or Save to save the setting. 
Please click option More Color then you can find more colors which could be used to highlight text. Simply choose one of them highlight text color will be applied.
Checking from the above snapshot, we can find that there is an option named Color, where you can any color to highlight text. There is an option named Properties, please click it then you will find menu box like I showed in above snapshot. Please right click the red box there will be dropdown list. Click button Edit Content to draw an area around the text where you need to highlight text. After loading, PDF file will be shown on software interface. When highlight text, please click button Open to add PDF file to software interface. Highlight text and print PDF as highlighted from PDF reader. The following snapshot is from the software interface, please have a check. Simply click it then you can launch this software. When installation finishes, there will be an icon on the desktop. 
Please install this software by double clicking the exe and following installation message.
As this is GUI version software, when downloading finishes, there will be an exe file.
